Any celebrations are given a hugh bump in excitement when the Lion dancers arrive. Now with the imergence of modern technology and dancers with a background in this traditonal artform and also an interest in western hip hop culture we proudly propose breakdancing Lion dancers performance with LED Lions! The dance is especially common during the Lunar New Year celebrations, which end yesterday with the Lantern Festival. The dance can be dated back to the Han dynasty more than 2,200 years ago where it was used in ceremonies to worship ancestors and pray for rain Believed to bring good luck to a community, the dance has over time become a major part of celebrations, such as these stretching from the mainland to Hong Kong, France and Britain.
